The Mickey mascot removes his head, and yellow blood runs out of it. He then decides to turn back to take a picture of the skull for proof, but as he turns around he sees a Mickey Mouse mascot staring at him. This spooks the man, and he begins to run for the door. He fondles the Donal Duck costume, and a human skull falls out. As he turns away the door creeks open, and he enters. Upon entering he doesn’t find much besides a locked door. He is intrigued, and decides to break into the room. While going deeper into the park he finds a door that reads “Mascots Only”. He finds a bunch of locked doors, and even sees the words “abandoned by Disney” scrawled across several walls of the palace. When he reaches the resort it gives off an eery feeling of abandonment. A person researching another one of Disney’s parks found this resort, and decided to visit it. One day Disney shut the park down, and sold the land without explanation. Disney opened a park in North Carolina, and purchased a lot of land to open Mowgli’s Palace, a resort inspired by the Disney film “The Jungle Book”. Slender Manĭisney has some dark secrets, and this creepypasta gained it’s popularity from this idea. If you keep telling yourself these stories aren’t real it might help, but in the back of your mind you may be thinking they could be… 15. If you read these at night, make sure you’re prepared for difficulty sleeping. Whether the stories are true or not, doesn’t matter because they’re still very enjoyable to read. This is another reason why creepypastas have become so popular, because they’re easily sharable. The reason creepypasta was named after this, is the idea that these stories are shared constantly. This slang is simply put as the copying of blocks of text from one webpage to the next. The word creepypasta may seem like a humorous choice for defining a genre as creepy as this, but the word simply comes from he internet slang of copypasta. Some have even spawned real life sightings of the creatures told in the stories, and many are convinced that they are real life tellings of unknown creatures. Many of these stories have spawned fan made games, movies, and short films based on them. Many of them are merely myth, but some are so convincing that they might actually be true. Creepypastas are popular stories told on the internet.
